Organ Cleansing

Break negative neural patterns.

Doing even small amounts of meditations each day, particularly in the dawn hours, can have profound effects on the neural patterns of our brain, reprogramming mental focus and healthy tendencies. Work with Kriyas such as Ard Kachari Kriya and the Intelligence Meditation to create an internal salve for the increased time in front of screens that have reduced our ability to focus.

Travel to the spaceland of your origin: a land you have traversed before and will traverse again.

In this class, work on allowing the subconscious to release unwanted thoughts through both concentration of the eyes and concentration of the spirit.

Explore a breathing technique to cool the qualities of pitta, that which is prone to anger as well as hot weather and temperatures. Continuation of this breath leads one into the esoteric realms in which you begin to see the unseen, know the unknown and hear the unheard. Practice this breath 26 times in the morning and 26 times in the evening for continued benefit. Add Bahota Karem with it to get a mental recitation and breath practice at the same time.
